Rapid Fire: Combi Oven Challenge

The 2025 Rapid Fire: Combi Oven Challenge is powered by Unox.  Chefs are invited to compete in preparing dishes featuring sirloin cuts from our butchery demo by Daniel Clark!  They are instructed to focus on taste, presentation, and cooking within a time limit -- all while utilizing the latest in combi oven technology from Unox.  

Make sure to stop by the Culinary Innovation Theater on Tuesday, November 12th at 3pm to check out the action and see who our professional judges declare the winner! 

The winner will be crowned the Florida Restaurant Show's Rapid Fire Champion, receive $1,000, bragging rights and gain exposure.
