Getting Down to the L.I.N.T.

In any business, “image” is very important. We are all concerned about what our food products look like, what the decor of our restaurants look like, how our servers are presented. So much weight is on what things LOOK like. Even in our personal lives we put a lot of time into making sure we LOOK the part. Fred will have us take a deeper look into what's really going on under the surface, behind the scene, in the kitchen, if you will.

L.I.N.T. stands for Life I Never Tell. The LINT that is in the 'pocket' of each of our lives, keeps us from really flourishing and becoming free from the depression and anxiety that can be present in any social or work environment. Fred has the uncanny ability to weave stories of his days in the NFL and his struggles of a difficult upbringing into entertaining, funny, life changing moments for any audience.
