Drew is the owner operator of Market Puzza by Drew Butler in Culver City, CA. Established on July 2022, MPbDB recently celebrated their three year anniversary. Drew was previously a full time teacher / athletic coach and part time pretzel vendor. During Covid, he lost both of those jobs and decided to get into the pizza business. Drew has a passion for cooking and baking, especially sour dough bread & pizza. He started his pizza journey donating pizza to his son’s high school football team. People loved the pizza! Some customers said there was an oven down at a neighborhood market that no one was using, so Drew jumped at the chance! Market Pizza is now the highest rated pizza shop in Culver City. Drew was named one of Pizza Today magazine’s Rising Stars in 2024. He presents workshops on breaking into the pizza business, because “If I can do it, so can YOU!
