Helen Kalorides
Helen Kalorides is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Attic Muse (theatticmuse.com), where she advises business leaders on strategy, operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and transformation. A strategic problem solver at her core, Helen is known for diagnosing complex challenges, identifying what is actually driving them, and translating that insight into practical, executable solutions.
With more than two decades of experience across top Fortune 500 companies, startups, hospitality, food and beverage, and entrepreneurial ventures, she brings an executive-level perspective grounded in real-world execution.
Helen earned her MSc in Business & Management, with Distinction, from Aston University in the United Kingdom. Her dissertation examined strategic digital readiness and the factors influencing technology adoption among immigrant-owned food businesses in South Florida, giving her a research-backed perspective on why technology investments succeed, or fail, inside real businesses.
A frequent speaker and panelist, Helen most recently appeared on the Global Trade Chamber’s ‘Make Our World Your Runway’ podcast and spoke at the ‘Mind Your Business’ event in Wellington, Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys cruise travel, attending live comedy shows, and spending time with her family and small zoo of pets.
