Started culinary career in 1994, worked in various Hotels and Restaurants in Puerto Rico and Florida including Hilton, Breakers in Palm Beach, and Benvenuto Restaurant. He joined Sysco as Center of the Plate Specialist for Sysco South East Florida in 2005. Joined Sysco Central Florida as Marketing Associate in July 2006 and promoted to Culinary Specialist in 2008 to present working out of West Florida Region.
- Born and raised in Puerto Rico; moved to Florida in ‘94
- Graduated from Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach ’96. Degrees in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management.
- Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation
- Past Board Member ACF Palm Beach and Central Florida Chapters
