Chef Noah Estabrook has nearly 30 years of culinary experience in some of the best kitchens at the Walt Disney World Resort. He currently serves as Chef de Cuisine at Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. His past work has included roles at Victoria and Albert’s, Grand Floridian Café, and Cítricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, in addition to JIKO at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. He has also been the recipient of the Walt Disney Legacy Award and the Partners in Excellence Award, two of the highest levels of recognition offered at Disney Experiences.
