Sara Perez Webber is the editor-in-chief of Catering, Foodservice & Events (formerly Catering Magazine). Since taking over the editor role in 2010, she's interviewed and written about hundreds of top caterers, chefs and event planners. Sara partnered with Bill Hansen to co-author the book "Plating Up Profits: Miami's Catering Icon Dishes Up Lessons for Business Success."
