Tracy Vessillo

Tracy Vessillo is an accomplished hospitality executive with a career spanning culinary leadership, operations, business development, disaster relief, and executive management. Beginning as an Executive Chef with FLIK International, Tracy advanced through leadership roles with Compass Group, ultimately overseeing a $500 million retail portfolio and later growing the company’s Gulf States business from $53 million to $98 million.

In 2017, Tracy became President of Wolfgang Puck Catering in Los Angeles, where he led the organization and developed a significant pipeline of new business.

Today, as President of Puff ’n Stuff Catering & Events, Tracy has helped guide the company through significant growth and evolution, doubling its volume to approximately $22 million and expanding into additional Florida markets. His leadership philosophy centers on developing great people, building strong teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and delivering sustainable business results.
