Warren Dietel is a serial entrepreneur and the Owner and CEO of Puff ’n Stuff Catering, which he has scaled into one of Florida’s premier catering and event brands across Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. His career began with a car detailing venture at 16, followed by roles at The Walt Disney Company—including Disney’s Fairytale Weddings and the Disney Institute—and regional sales leadership at Scott Kay Platinum. He founded Chef’s Commissary in 2013, launched clean-label meal partnerships under national brands such as Martha Stewart Kitchen and Wild Side, is a Founding Partner at Eagle Rising Food Solutions serving the U.S. Military globally, a Founding Director of Portrait Bank opening in 2026, and Principal of Dietel Investments. Born in Trinidad, he’s a proud U.S. citizen and lives in Winter Park and New Smyrna Beach with his wife, Melissa, and their son, Tanner.
